HOW THE ORDERING PROCESS WORKS
Step One: Let’s Talk About Your Project
It is vital that we gather as much information from you when beginning your project. You may email us, call the office or fill out the online quote.
Questions To Think About
- Will you provide camera ready artwork or will you need our art department to create something for you?
- What type of garment would you like to use, quality and color?
- How many colors are in your design?
- Locations of your design.
- The quantity and sizes you need.

Step Two: Selection of Apparel
We have many resources that carry the brands that you are familiar with and brands that we feel would work well for you.
Step Three: The Artwork Design
Whether you are supplying the art or our graphic designer is creating it, we will work closely with you through the design process to make sure that our creation matches your vision.
Step Four: Get A Quote, Get A Proof
We will send a proof of your design for any final modifications. After you choose the garment, a quote will be sent and a 50% deposit is required to proceed with your order.
Step Five: Bringing Your Creation To Life
Next we go to print or set-up the design for embroidery. This is where your design is brought to life. Turn around time is usually 10-14 days depending on our schedule at the time you place the order.
Step Six: The Finished Product
Once the order is complete, it is counted, folded and packed. It is ready to be picked up or shipped directly to you. Payment is due upon receipt.
Resources To Start Your Custom Order
Art Resolutions
It is important to have the highest resolution of art possible. Vector art or camera ready art works the best as it allows your design to print clearly onto a garment.

Font & Typefaces
Convert fonts and typefaces to outlines or curves before submitting the artwork.
Size of Image
The size of the image depends on the location imprint area. (See Below)
Colors
Standard ink colors are used in screen printing. However,please specify if you require an exact PMS color match when submitting artwork. Embroidery thread colors are available upon request. (See Below)
How To Send Your Art
Please ensure that all files that are 9MB or smaller be sent to artex157@verizon.net. All other large files must be linked images that is sent to Dropbox or Google Drive Links.
